What belongs in a Monoglass project handover
A handover should help the owner understand what was installed, where it was installed and who to contact when work changes. Assemble the records while the project team is still available to answer questions.
Describe the installed scope
Collect the accepted specification, product identification and drawings showing treated areas. Record exclusions and changes made during the job. A generic brochure is useful background, but it does not identify the boundaries or decisions for this particular installation.
Close the outstanding items
Keep inspection findings, agreed corrections and completion photographs together. Give each outstanding item a location and responsible party. Ask the project team to state what has been accepted and what remains open instead of treating a final invoice as the entire acceptance record.
Prepare for later maintenance
Provide the current manufacturer’s care guidance and the contact route for repairs. Identify areas vulnerable to access or impact. When future service work disturbs the installation, the owner should be able to refer to the original scope and arrange a compatible assessment.
Keep with your project brief
